while signing up for beta news @ http://www.bloomsix.com/games.. I am a little unsure as to the point of this question...

anyone know what this is referring to? is nr just short for number?

Yes, it is your mobile phone number.

I'll cleanup the page. I'm sorry we don't have a submission form up, but we're happy to see a lot of people sending email for the betas
